Our neighbor 4 doors down is selling his house. It's nearly identical to ours in terms of size and upgrades. We paid about $440K for ours. He'a asking $648,500! I think our house appreciated in the last 6 months, but certainly not by $200K!

We have much more counter space in the kitchen, and hardwood for the entire floor. On top of that, we have a better view of Mt. Rainer. Whatever he sells his house for, ours should be worth more than that. I only wish we added A/C and automatic sprinklers way back when... :(
